Artbook "The Wounded Lion"

Final assignment of Visual narrative course. The project was to create an artbook of a fairy tale of our choice. I ended up choosing The Wounded Lion, edited by Andrew Lang on The Pink Fairy Book, 1885 (story collected by D. Francisco de S. Maspons y Labros in Cuentos Populars Catalans).
For the book cover, it was my first time emulating Art Nouveau style so definitely it was a bumpy ride.
On this project, there are 2 symbols: the Lotus flower representing the royal family and the Holm Oak tree representing the Giant.
